Painter. Member of the Union of artists of Russia. Was born on January 25th, 1975 in Nizhny Novgorod in the family of famous Russian artist Alexander Chernigin.
He studied painting and graphic design at Nizhny Novgorod Art School (1990-1994). Graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State University of architecture and Construction, specialty “Industrial design” (1994 – 2000).
Since 1998 – member of the Union of artists of Russia.
Since 2001 he teaches at the Humanities and Art Institute at Nizhny Novgorod State University of architecture and construction at the department “Interior design”.
Engaged in painting, graphics, interior design and photography. The constant participant of personal, regional, national and international exhibitions. Works are in private and gallery collections in Russia and abroad.
